Q. Can I buy products directly from Bechna.com?
No. Bechna.com is a price comparison website. It helps you compare products, prices and stores online. When you have found the product that you want to purchase simply click on the "Buy Now" button which will take you to the buy page on the vendors site. Here you can see more information on the product and make your purchase.
Q. What do I do if I cannot find the product I want on Bechna.com?
If you cannot find the product even after using the Search box found on the top of the page then please email us with information of the product. We will try to add a category for that product and contact vendors to list their products in this category.
Q. How does Bechna.com choose which vendor stores to list on its site?
Bechna.com lists products from as many vendor stores as possible. We currently do not charge a fee to our vendors for this service.
Q. Can Bechna.com help me with after-purchase installation or troubleshooting?
No. Bechna.com only lists products from other online vendor stores. If you need help with the product, before or after purchase, you will need to contact the vendor store directly.

Q. How do I list my products on Bechna.com?
In order to list your products on Bechna.com click on the "Add your store" button at the top of the page and follow the instructions shown there.
Q. How long before the products I have uploaded will show up on the site?
Once your products are submitted our editors will review and approve your listings. If there are any errors, we will contact you. It can take up to 48 hours for your products to show up on Bechna.com.
Q. Is there a fee to list my products on Bechna.com?
Currently, there is no fee for vendors to list products on Bechna.com. You can list your products for free (without any hidden costs or obligations) until July 31, 2007. Once the promotion period ends, new and existing vendors will be contacted regarding the fee structure for product listings.
Q. What if I cannot find a suitable category on Bechna.com to add my products?
If you cannot find a category for your products on Bechna.com, please email us and, if necessary, we will create it for you.
Q. Can I sell used products on Bechna.com?
Bechna.com Shopping is only meant for listing new products. You can list used products on the classifieds section of Bechna.com.
